However, we understand that sometimes errors or damage may occur during the production process or shipment. Our return policy states that we accept returns only in case of damage. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and will replace or repair any item that is damaged due to an error on our part. If your TGS Luxe jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email or phone within 2 days of receipt. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item, and once we receive it, we will either repair or replace it free of charge
