These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TGS LUXE website and online store (the “Platform”) and your purchase of jewellery and related products (“Products”) from TGS LUXE (“TGS LUXE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our Platform or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through our Platform.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • TGS LUXE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or appears fraudulent.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our Product photographs, descriptions, colours, dimensions, materials, and other information are displayed as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and individual device displays.
  • Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur between individual pieces.
  • Product specifications, including material, plating, finish, size, and other relevant details, will be mentioned on the respective Product page wherever applicable.
  • TGS LUXE reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any Product without prior notice.

3. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.
  • The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of successful order placement.
  • In the event of an accidental pricing, typographical, technical, or product-information error, TGS LUXE reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

4. Orders & Payment

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • TGS LUXE is not responsible for payment delays, transaction failures, or technical issues caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third-party service providers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, may be subject to availability, verification, and additional conditions.
  • TGS LUXE reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse an order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery and Shiprocket, depending on the destination and service availability.

  • Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
  • Tracking details will be shared with the customer after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be accepted in cases such as:

  • Damaged Products received at the time of delivery
  • Defective Products
  • Incorrect Products received

Please note:

  • Return requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video may be required for damage-related claims.
  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or mishandled by the customer may not qualify for return or replacement.
  • Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction may not be accepted.
  • TGS LUXE reserves the right to inspect and verify a Product before approving a return, replacement, refund, or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order is dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Eligible cancellations may be subject to applicable shipping or payment-processing charges.
  • Any applicable refund or store credit will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Product Care

TGS LUXE jewellery is designed with durability and everyday wear in mind. However, proper care is important to maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery.

To help preserve your jewellery:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, and other beauty products.
  • Avoid exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, and cleaning agents.
  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or engaging in activities involving excessive moisture or chemicals.
  • Store jewellery in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  • Follow any product-specific care instructions provided by TGS LUXE.

Exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorine, and other external factors may affect the appearance or finish of jewellery over time.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, changes in finish caused by use, accidental damage, or improper handling are not considered product defects.

9. Product Quality & Specifications

TGS LUXE takes reasonable care to ensure that Products are supplied according to the specifications mentioned on the relevant Product page.

Where applicable, information regarding materials, plating, finish, dimensions, and other product characteristics will be provided on the Product page.

Customers are encouraged to review the Product description and care instructions before placing an order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGS LUXE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform or Products.

Where legally permissible, TGS LUXE’s liability shall be limited to the value of the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, images, designs, and text, are the intellectual property of the Company.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGS LUXE, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity associated with your account or order

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Platform, or the purchase of Products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan, subject to applicable law.

TGS LUXE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
